We went to Balthazar on saturday afternoon. I ordered onion soup for a starter, then eggs norwegian as an entree. Onion soup was delicious, inside the soup there was a wheat bread surrounded with melted cheese. You dip your spoon through the bread to get to the soup, it was just perfect. Then came the eggs norwegian, which is eggs benedict with smoked salmon. The combination of salmon, muffin and the hollandaise was incredible, it was the best eggs benedict I tasted. I really recommend it!
